I didn’t realize the size measurement in the bag description was diagonal not across, producing a smaller bag than expected. Considering I paid import taxes, it was too costly to exchange. Quality of the product was also not deserving of the price. Disappointed
Excelent product could improve service
I loved the product. The smell and feel of quality leather are a highlight. The service was a let down. I wanted to have my initials engraved (service offered on the website), however, I was told they had too much going on for the summer season and were not able to do it. Disappointing.
