Losing patience

This was my first experience ordering from Millaner. I received a bag that smelled. Yes, smelled like a dead animal. I returned the bag and have yet to receive a replacement! I loved the bag but what a horrible experience. I emailed Letizia, who has been very nice. But Millener claimed they did not receive my return until August 23. Still no bag!!
