After using my bag every day for almost a year it needed slight adjustments. Even though it was past the warranty period, I was able to send it back for repairs. I was surprised by getting a brand new bag. Not only do I love the bag, but I was also impressed with the great customer service!

Best Purchase from Milaner!

This is my 3rd bag from Milaner. I’ve the standard Elena that I have only started to add to my rotation. The crossbody that is amazing for hands free days. And now the travel Elena that I’ve used for my current trip and it’s been fantastic, fabulous, and gorgeous. It’s super functional, comfortable shoulder strap drop length, and I’ve received so many compliments. I love the brown vacchetta and of course the woven pattern. The only thing I can suggest is an option for a zipped closure. Otherwise, I’ve been using with a zipped bag organizer for security. LOVE ❤️

My 4th Elena Bag!

This is my fourth Elena! I love how lightweight this bag is, how pretty and perfect a size for me! However, it’s my first ever in suede and I’m not crazy about how it’s shedding. I ordered the taupe (which has a lot of pink in it and is perfect for early spring). However, it sheds all over my dark sweaters and jackets. I just used a lint roll on my navy blue coat—little pills of suede all over. I’m hoping it gets better and stops shedding. Other than that, it’s another Elena (the mini one is my favorite) that I’ll grab ahead of larger, heavier bags all of the time!

This is a stunning bag - Beautifully made. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but the straps are so well-made, it’s not uncomfortable to carry at all. Think a classic Elena will be next on my list!

A touch of style

The mini hobo I purchased snugly fits my shoulder, and the blood red colour sets off beautifully against contrasting clothes. Skillfully crafted, it is style in motion.

I was pleased with the ordering process and speed of delivery. What I love most is the gorgeous Grazia bag! Such a pretty weave of leather. Love that the straps do not have an oversized clasp like so many other brands I viewed have. Nicely done, Milaner!

Beautiful handbag

This bag was the perfect everyday bag. Very well made. I bought the color blush thinking it was pink. But was more peach. Pretty color but wanted more of a pink. I returned it. Definitely I will be purchasing another bag!
