Excelent product could improve service

I loved the product. The smell and feel of quality leather are a highlight. The service was a let down. I wanted to have my initials engraved (service offered on the website), however, I was told they had too much going on for the summer season and were not able to do it. Disappointing.

Wonderful! Buttery soft and huge

This bag was bigger than I expected. It carries my giant MacBook Pro, lunch, change of shoes, makeup bag, umbrella, sunglasses case, and a million other things with room to spare. It might be slightly TOO big? But it's buttery soft, lined, extremely well made, with two giant zip pockets on the inside. It's not heavy at all, which is important when a bag is this size! I traveled with and it easily fits in the overhead bin. Leather seems like it will last

Not thrilled

I was so excited to order this bag after eyeing it for quite some time. The first one arrived with a defect. I wasn't treated poorly about it but I was asked to send photos twice. It was determined it was indeed a defect and I was offered an exchange. The whole process took time. I sent it back immediately and a week after the return was delivered I emailed yet again to ask what was going on. My money was gone but I still had no bag. I finally got my bag about 3 weeks after I placed my first order.
