After using my bag every day for almost a year it needed slight adjustments. Even though it was past the warranty period, I was able to send it back for repairs. I was surprised by getting a brand new bag. Not only do I love the bag, but I was also impressed with the great customer service!

Best Purchase from Milaner!

This is my 3rd bag from Milaner. I’ve the standard Elena that I have only started to add to my rotation. The crossbody that is amazing for hands free days. And now the travel Elena that I’ve used for my current trip and it’s been fantastic, fabulous, and gorgeous. It’s super functional, comfortable shoulder strap drop length, and I’ve received so many compliments. I love the brown vacchetta and of course the woven pattern. The only thing I can suggest is an option for a zipped closure. Otherwise, I’ve been using with a zipped bag organizer for security. LOVE ❤️

This is a stunning bag - Beautifully made. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but the straps are so well-made, it’s not uncomfortable to carry at all. Think a classic Elena will be next on my list!

The mini hobo I purchased snugly fits my shoulder, and the blood red colour sets off beautifully against contrasting clothes. Skillfully crafted, it is style in motion.

Beautiful handbag

This bag was the perfect everyday bag. Very well made. I bought the color blush thinking it was pink. But was more peach. Pretty color but wanted more of a pink. I returned it. Definitely I will be purchasing another bag!

My purse collection has always been brand names and this one is up there. The leather is soft and smooth, it is well-structured and can fit all of my work stuff. I bought bag insert to keep the shape of the tote. Definitely getting another one soon!

Perfect travel bag

I loved used this beautiful bag on my recent travels. Excellent for keeping passports and phone within easy reach at the airport; for keys and card case while out during the day; for fitting in a larger tote during a road trip. The leather is so soft and the cacao color, excellent.

My experience is this was the best bag and I’ve been looking for it forever. It looks just like the bottega that’s $9500. It’s worth every cent beautiful and gorgeously made.

I contacted these people because I thought the handbag had stains on it. I never heard back from them. Fortunately the stains were just some water and they dried. I intended to tell them that I didn’t have a problem when the contacted me. BHowever, given their lack of customer service to at least respond to me I have decided that I will not be ordering from them again.
