I’m engaged in maintaining the artisans working with satisfaction also of the client. I was one of the first to by bags in the little shop in piazza San Marco in Venice in the years ‘70. This is a very nice handbag/tote that I hated to return, but I am very picky about a tote fitting comfortably over my shoulder, and the handle drop was shorter than the description advertised. If it had been accurate, I probably would have kept it.
