My favorite purse

I am glad to say this purse exceeded my expectations. It is slightly bigger than my last Milanese purse from about 6 years ago but the mini is plenty big to hold everything. The leather is soft and the zippers work well.

My experience was very good. Very easy to look at bags on the website and I received my clutch within a week. This clutch bag is absolutely beautiful! The color I picked is the suede burgundy. It looks elegant and so soft. The quality and size of this bag is amazing. Very happy with this purchase!!

I love this bag!!

I went back and forth on this purchase for months and finally went for it and I’m so glad I did. This bag is my favorite bag I think I’ve owned. It smells so good, the quality feels amazing, and it’s just gorgeous. If you come out with the same bag in taupe with gold hardware I would buy that too!

Love the quality of this purse. Only suggestion would be to make the handles slightly longer to go over shoulder easier.

Sehr gute Passform, edelstes Leder, ein Schmuckstück ! Nebenbei gesagt, war der Bestellvorgang und die Zusendung ebenfalls absolut unkompliziert.

Quality is great! Smells and feels very lux. I have no issue with this. The colour was slightly more reddish burgundy than purple burgundy but still nice nonetheless. My issue is that the bag is advertised ss crossbody and comes with two straps neither of which fit crossbody if youre taller than 5ft. This means that i had to then order an additional Crossbody strap for an additional hundred something dollars plus shipping plus fees bc I’m in canada. Shipping to canada also takes a month.

I love my new Midnight Mini Elena bag - it is beautiful. My handbag collection of Mini Elena bags cream, red & now midnight blue get comments about how gorgeous they are! Perfect size too Love my burgundy cross body bag too!

customer service is awful

I couldn’t get a response asking for a return authorization for days. I returned the purse because it wasn’t up to my standards and still haven’t received a refund on my cc. Sketchy. Mo phone number so you have to rely on slow email responses.
